Pardon Me While I Change!
Life Coaching for Transitions
Transitions.
Everyone
goes through them. Whether by crisis,
choice, developmental change or a combination of all three, we each face
transitions on a regular basis.
Sometimes they are happy.
Sometimes they are slow and sad.
Sometimes they are jarring. But
one thing is always certain, we will encounter a process in which we will
choose to grow or not.
While many transitions are common to all of us, our
responses and decisions in those transitions are uniquely individual.
Making sense of your own responses and decisions
can include the following experiences:
·
-
Managing Stress
·
- Taking Care of Your Health
·
- Evaluating Your Resources
·
- Asking Questions of Purpose and Identity
·
- Exploring Future Planning Strategies
·
- Communicating Your Transition to Others
·
- Revisiting Your Core Values and Beliefs
·
- Problem Finding and Problem Solving
·
- Considering New Ways of Thinking and Behaving
These are all done very well with a companion, someone who
will walk through the transition with you.
Transitions are more manageable when you have someone available to offer
objective support, caring questions, regular accountability, enthusiastic
brainstorming, non-judgmental evaluation of strategies, and honest reassurance
that you are right on track.
That companion can be a life coach.
If you are, or someone you know is, going through a transition,
please consider a coaching partnership with me.
I have been coaching people through transition for over 25 years.
We can meet for an initial complimentary
coaching session to see if coaching is right for you, and if so, coach for as
little or as long as you like. The
coaching fee is per minute, with sessions lasting from 15 to 60 minutes.
Don’t go through a transition alone.
Walk your path with someone you can trust as
you navigate your new course in life.
